Refund policy

All of the products that we offer are made to order, and, as a result, we do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We will refund the purchase price of the item, but we do not refund shipping costs.
